What happens next
You'll receive a confidentiality agreement by email through DocuSign, typically within one business day. Once you've signed and returned it, we'll send a link and password to the secure document library containing the sample agreement of sale, deeds, title commitment, development plans, financials, Warwick Water and Warwick Drainage Company documents, licenses, and real estate tax records.
If you don't see the DocuSign email, check your spam or promotions folder. It will come from DocuSign on behalf of Traiman Auctions.
